The mantra behind "Management Trends"

The publication is to promote and stimulate discussion in Management Studies. It will endeavor towards excellence in research through expansion of thought, knowledge and skills. Although it believes in scientific approach and in the indivisibility of 'management' function, it will be open to diverse views and contents transcending the arts - science, qualitative - quantitative and human - mechanical / material dichotomies and functional boundaries. It will have a specific focus on the Indian scene and will encourage thoughts and approaches, which are nationally and socially relevant and internationally meaningful.

The institute publishes its “Management Trends” Twice a year.

	"Management Trends" is a half-yearly journal published in March and September in a calendar year.
	Subscription Rates Annual : RS. 500 (Institute) / Rs. 300 (Student)
	All payments should be made by Account Payee Demand Drafts drawn in favors of Management Event

Guidelines to Contributors
Guidelines to Subscribers of "Management Trends"

Contributors are requested to check that their paper does not exceed 5 to 10 printed pages. The author(s) should submit two copies of the manuscript for publication typed in double space. Typescripts should be typed on one side of the sheet only with wide left and right margins. Soft copy of the same should be sent as an attachment with the e-mail and in CD. Soft copy should be in Microsoft Word, Times New Roman Font, 12 font size, double line spacing.

Table, model, graph or chart should be on separate pages and numbered serially with appropriate headings. Please mention their numbers at appropriate place within the text should refer the same.

A separate list of references should be given at the end of the paper. Footnotes may be given on the same page if any technical term needs some explanations.

The author should certify on a separate page that the manuscript is his / her original contribution. It should also be mentioned that the paper is not submitted or accepted for publication by any other journal.

There should be a separate title page containing the title of the article, author(s)’ name, designation, official and residential address, telephone number, e-mail address, fax numbers, etc. The name of the author(s) should not appear on the manuscript to facilitate blind review.

Acceptance of the article for review demands fulfillment of all the guidelines. Publication of the article is subject to the review done by the board. Once article is sent, it will not be returned to the author if it is not accepted for publication.
